3. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: 7-10 days from delivered date.
Condition: Unopened, original packaging, seal intact
Exclusions: Personalized/custom products, perishable items once opened
Valid Return Reasons:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong item shipped
- Expired product (before expiry date on package)
- Change of mind (unopened products only)

- Correct items shipped at no extra cost
