2. Shipping Areas

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India.

International Shipping

Currently available only within India. International shipping coming soon!

Note: Due to the perishable nature of some products, we cannot ship to certain remote locations. If shipping is unavailable to your area, you'll be notified during checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999 within India.

Shipping Charge Breakdown:
• Orders below ₹999: ₹99 shipping charge
• Orders ₹999 and above: FREE shipping
• Express shipping: Additional ₹149

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order:

Through the tracking link in your email
On our website under "My Orders" (logged-in users)
Directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking number

7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts:

Attempt 1: Primary delivery attempt
Attempt 2: Next business day
Attempt 3: Final attempt after coordination

If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. You'll be contacted to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund.

9. Packaging & Care

We take special care in packaging our products:

Storage Tips: Upon delivery, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate if specified on packaging.

10. Holidays & Delays

We do not process or ship orders on:

National holidays (Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti)
Major festivals (Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Onam, etc.)
State-specific holidays in Kerala

Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery delays may occur during:

Festive seasons (October-January)
Monsoon season in certain regions
Political or weather-related disruptions
